Questions.
Still unsure about a refund? Our team answers 24x7 in the app.
Flotr sends the refund back to the UPI, card or bank account you paid with. When it shows up depends on your bank or UPI app, so we don’t promise a number of days we don’t control. If it hasn’t arrived, our team is there 24x7 in the app.
Same answer: every rupee you paid on Flotr goes back to how you paid. The date doesn’t matter.
No. A cancellation refund on Flotr goes back to the UPI, card or bank account you paid with. It’s your money, not credit.
If the agency cancels, your hold amount comes back too. If you don’t pay the balance by the due date the trip shows, the seat is released and the hold isn’t refunded, so check that date when you hold.
No. Once anyone has paid for a departure, its dates are locked. If the agency can’t run it, they cancel and you get everything back.
The full Cancellation & Refund Policy, with every case and the legal wording, is at flotr.ai/refund-policy. The refund table for your trip is on its trip page and on your booking.
