Your office
is a mountain.
Agencies on Flotr post paid work. The pay is on every job, before you apply. Apply right here on flotr.ai in two minutes. Applying is always free.
No fees, ever. Applying is free. No agency on Flotr may ask you for a registration fee, a deposit, a kit charge or any money to get a job. If one does, report the job.

out of the matrix.

- Belief
Travel is the research
We build for people who go on trips, so we go on trips. The best bug report is written on a bus at 4 AM.
- Belief
Fear first
Every feature starts with what stops someone saying yes to a trip: the wrong crowd, lost money, no signal.
- Belief
Benefits, not features
Nobody cares what a feature is called. They care that nobody got left behind.
- Belief
Trust is the product
Verified agencies, payments only through Flotr, and a Promise we keep. We guard it like the app depends on it, because it does.
- Belief
Say it plainly
Short words. No fine print. If a traveller has to read it twice, we rewrite it.
- Belief
Own it, end to end
From the first sketch to the phone in a traveller’s pocket. You see your work get used.
No job post?
Write anyway.
We don’t list open roles here right now. We hire people who travel. Write to us with what you’d build.
