Who’s running
your trip?
We checked.
A person at Flotr checks every agency’s papers.
Look for the Verified tag.
And every trip is approved by a person before it goes live, with real video of the trip. So you know who you’re paying before you pay.

Papers first.
Tag after.
An agency only gets the Verified tag after a person at Flotr has looked at its documents. And no trip goes live until a person has approved it, with real video of the trip.
- PAN cardThe business’s, or the owner’s if it’s a sole proprietorship.

What “Verified”
really means.
We check the business. We’re not a tour operator: the agency runs your trip. Here’s exactly where the line is.
It means
- ✓A person at Flotr has seen the agency’s PAN and a GST certificate or business registration.
- ✓The numbers on them were checked. Where there’s a GSTIN, it matches the PAN.
- ✓The business behind your trip is real and registered.
It doesn’t mean
- ✕That Flotr runs your trip. We’re not a tour operator: the agency runs it.
- ✕That every agency has it. No tag means its papers haven’t been checked yet.
- ✕A promise about weather, roads or mountains. Nobody can sign for those.
A second tag, earned, not given. It means the agency has run a set number of trips on Flotr and, in the last 6 months, hasn’t cancelled a departure travellers had paid for. Worked out from Flotr’s own records. An agency can’t set it.
Cut corners.
Get cut off.
The tag isn’t a one-time sticker. Agencies that let travellers down lose it, and Flotr can step in.
- On their record
Cancelling costs them
An agency that cancels a trip people paid for has to give a reason. It goes on its record, and it loses Trusted Partner.
- Trip paused
Trips come down
Flotr can take a trip off the app, so nobody new can book it.
- Money held
Money on hold
Flotr can hold the money due to an agency while it looks into a problem.
- Suspended
Out of the app
Flotr can suspend an agency. Its trips leave the app and it can’t sell anything new.
Something feels off?Report it in the app. Our team is there 24x7, and if you and the agency disagree, Flotr decides.
The Flotr Promise.
- Rule 01No fly-by-night operators
Papers checked
A person at Flotr checks every agency’s papers and approves every trip.
- Rule 06A referee on your side
Flotr decides
If you and the agency disagree, Flotr decides. Not the agency.
- Rule 02No stranger’s UPI
Pay through Flotr
Always. Never to a UPI ID in a chat.
- Rule 05Your leave stays safe
Dates can’t move
Once you’ve paid, days can be added, never taken away.
Questions.
Want to know more about an agency before you book? Ask us in the app. Our team is there 24x7.
No. Flotr isn’t a tour operator. The agency runs your trip. Flotr checks the business, approves each trip, takes your payment and decides disputes.
Its PAN (the business’s, or the owner’s for a sole proprietorship) and one registration document: a GST certificate, or a business registration: a certificate of incorporation, an LLP registration, a partnership deed, or a Shop & Establishment licence.
India has no single national licence for tour operators, so we check what every real business has: a PAN and a registration.
No. Verified is given only after a person checks the documents. Trusted Partner is worked out from Flotr’s own records. An agency can’t set or buy either.
No tag means its papers haven’t been checked yet. The trip itself was still approved by a person, and when you pay on Flotr the Flotr Promise still applies.
