Your child can reach our team 24x7 in the app, from anywhere on the trip.
No. The family link is a web page. It opens on any phone or computer, straight from WhatsApp or a text message.
While they share their location, the page shows it’s live, roughly where they are (like “near Kaza”) and when they were last seen. They can switch it off in one tap, and the page will tell you it’s off.
A local agency, named on the page. The Verified tag means a person at Flotr has checked that agency’s papers. The trip lead is named too. Flotr is the app your child booked on, not the tour operator.
Phones in the group pass messages to each other, so they still get through to the group until someone has signal. The family page shows the last update and when it happened.
Call 112 first. The agency’s number is right on the family page. In the app, your child’s SOS reaches their group, the agency and Flotr together.
